An exclusive talk between Sonia Rykiel and Fung Brands society based in Hong Kong (and part of Fung Brands Ltd with Jean-Marc Loubier as president and chief executive officer), that would see Fung Brands acquire 80% of the Rykiel business, leaving the Rykiel family with a 20% stake.
Nathalie Rykiel, Sonia’s daughter and the current managerial head of the brand, will be named vice chairman of the board of the French fashion house after the deal.??
